For our younger runners, we will once again be awarding the Paul Canavan Memorial Cup to the fastest runner, male or female, aged 16 years or under; and our School's Shield to the fastest school-age participant. The Paul Canavan Memorial Cup was gifted to Strathcarron Hospice by former local MP and MSP Dennis Canavan, whose son Paul sadly died in the Hospice in 1989, aged 16 years old. The Cup is awarded to the fastest 10K runner, aged 16 or under, in memory of Paul. We need your support now more than ever.
