About

“No 3” is in Tain in the Highlands and where we four sisters were born and brought up. For over forty years now we’ve been away from “home” and live across the UK - Glenelg, Old Meldrum, Bonnybridge and Esher. So this Step Challenge gives us a great chance to do something together - even though we’ve been apart for quite some time. It’s also an incentive to exercise our way out of lockdown. Above all, we hope to raise money for a great cause – Strathcarron Hospice – where I work!

For so many people across Central Scotland who face the challenge of illness, Strathcarron Hospice supports them and their families to live well and die well. Simply by doing mostly ordinary things in an extraordinary way - which makes all the difference in the world. To do this they rely on voluntary income of £12,900 every day of the year. Covid-19 will make this more challenging than ever in the months ahead and so with your help we hope we can make a difference and encourage them along the way.

So we would love you to join our stepping efforts by making a donation to help us reach our target - and help the Hospice “make every moment count” for those who need them.
